1. 接受条款与应用范围

本条款适用于 Altria Yu 提供的 Jellume 移动应用及本网站。使用应用或网站即表示你已阅读并同意适用条款；不同意时请停止使用。未成年人应取得监护人许可并遵守商店规则。联系：yualtria3@gmail.com。

Jellume 是独立的 Jellyfin / Emby 媒体客户端，不提供影视内容、媒体账号、托管媒体服务或内容授权，也不隶属于相关平台。你需要自行提供并获准使用兼容的服务器。功能、价格和可用性可能因版本、平台、地区及服务器而不同。

2. 授权与合理使用

在遵守本条款、适用软件许可证和商店规则的前提下，你可以在获准的设备上使用合法取得的应用。你须保护设备和凭据，仅访问你有权访问的服务器与内容，并遵守版权、隐私及其他适用法律。不得使用应用实施未经授权的访问、侵犯他人权利或干扰服务。

媒体内容权利属于各自权利人；Jellume 不授予下载、复制、传播或绕过访问限制的额外权利。应用所含第三方及开源软件适用各自许可证，本条款不限制这些许可证授予的权利。

3. 免费版本、购买与永久解锁

Android 自发行版当前免费使用。iOS 商店版及 Google Play 版通过应用内购买一次性解锁永久版；购买前以商店付款确认页显示的商品、当地价格、税费和条件为准。永久版新购不是自动续费订阅。支持免费体验的 iOS 版本另提供独立的 7 天免费体验：用户主动点击领取并由 Apple 确认零元交易后开始，从原始交易时间起连续 7×24 小时可使用媒体浏览与播放；恢复购买或重装不会重新计时。体验不自动续费或扣费，到期后媒体浏览与播放将暂停，可手动购买永久版继续使用。领取前会展示体验时长、可用功能、到期限制和永久版的当前商店价格。开发者不直接处理付款，商店与 RevenueCat 用于核验和提供权益。

“永久”指有效一次性购买所对应的解锁权益不按月或年到期，不代表永久离线授权、保证应用或第三方服务无限期运营、保证所有未来产品或平台免费，或提供媒体内容。当前商店版本需要定期联网验证；已核验状态的离线缓存最长为 24 小时，且不超过已知权益截止时间。验证失败或缓存过旧可能暂时限制使用；退款、撤销或失效交易可能导致权益撤销。已知永久购买过旧时应先联网恢复或验证，不应重复购买。

4. 恢复、历史订阅与退款

重装或更换设备后，使用原购买商店账号并尝试“恢复购买”；恢复受商店交易状态、平台和服务可用性影响。不同商店或平台之间的购买不会承诺自动互通，除非产品页另有明确说明。删除应用或本地数据不会自动退款或取消订阅。

若你已有历史自动续费订阅，购买永久版不会自动取消原订阅，需在 Apple / Google 商店中另行管理。现有有效订阅仍按商店验证结果、到期及宽限期处理。退款、付款争议和取消须通过对应商店流程处理；适用法律赋予你的消费者权利及退款权利不受本条款排除。

5. 服务器、同步与数据责任

你选择的媒体、WebDAV、弹幕及外部资源服务由各自运营者负责。服务器停机、权限调整、网络条件、编码格式及平台解码能力可能影响浏览和播放。开发者不保证兼容所有实际服务器、格式、HDR 或设备性能。本地文件、网络链接和 IPTV 入口当前仍为占位，不应作为已实现功能购买或使用。

请备份重要配置和数据，妥善保管 WebDAV 加密口令，并在同步导入前检查预览。开发者无法找回丢失的加密口令，也不能替你恢复不受开发者控制的服务器数据。具体数据处理见隐私政策。

6. 可用性、责任与法定权利

开发者会按实际维护情况提供更新和支持，但不承诺服务始终无中断、无错误或满足所有用途。因第三方服务变化、安全或兼容性需要，功能可能调整。对重大不利变更会依法提供必要通知及适用的救济。

在适用法律允许范围内，应用按现有状态提供；开发者对超出合理控制的第三方中断、未经授权使用或未备份造成的损失承担的责任受适用法律限制。本条款不排除依法不得排除的保证、因欺诈或故意行为产生的责任、适用的人身伤害责任或强制性消费者权利。

发生争议请先通过 yualtria3@gmail.com 联系开发者寻求解决。适用法律及有管辖权的法院按相关法律确定；本条款不强制仲裁或剥夺你依法在所在地寻求救济的权利。商店购买另适用对应商店协议。

7. 条款更新与联系

本条款可能随功能或法律要求更新，最新版本在此标明日期。若变化依法需要通知或同意，开发者会按要求处理。中英文内容旨在表达相同条款；有疑问请联系 yualtria3@gmail.com，强制性法律及消费者权利始终优先。

1. Acceptance and scope

These terms govern the Jellume mobile app and this website provided by Altria Yu. By using them, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms. Stop using them if you do not agree. Minors must have a guardian's permission and follow store rules. Contact: yualtria3@gmail.com.

Jellume is an independent Jellyfin / Emby media client. It supplies no movies, media accounts, hosted media service, or content licenses and is not affiliated with those platforms. You must provide a compatible server you are authorized to use. Features, prices, and availability may vary by edition, platform, region, and server.

2. License and acceptable use

Subject to these terms, applicable software licenses, and store rules, you may use a lawfully obtained copy on permitted devices. Protect your device and credentials, access only servers and content you are authorized to access, and comply with copyright, privacy, and other applicable law. Do not use the app for unauthorized access, infringement, or interference with services.

Media rights belong to the relevant rights holders. Jellume grants no additional rights to download, copy, distribute, or bypass access restrictions. Third-party and open-source software remains subject to its respective licenses; these terms do not restrict rights those licenses grant.

3. Free editions, purchases, and lifetime unlock

The direct-distribution Android edition is currently free. The iOS store and Google Play editions offer a one-time in-app purchase for lifetime unlock. The product, local price, taxes, and conditions shown in the store confirmation sheet govern before payment. New lifetime purchases are not auto-renewing subscriptions. Supported iOS versions separately offer a 7-day free trial. It starts only after you tap to claim it and Apple confirms the zero-price transaction. Media browsing and playback are available for 7 consecutive 24-hour periods from the original transaction time; restoring or reinstalling does not restart it. The trial does not renew or charge automatically. Browsing and playback stop when it expires; you may manually purchase lifetime access to continue. The claim screen discloses the duration, features, expiry restrictions, and current lifetime price before claiming. The developer does not directly process payments; the store and RevenueCat verify and provide entitlements.

“Lifetime” means the unlock entitlement associated with a valid one-time purchase does not expire monthly or annually. It does not mean permanent offline authorization, a guarantee that the app or third-party services will operate indefinitely, free access to every future product or platform, or a supply of media content. Current store editions require periodic online verification. Previously verified access may be cached offline for at most 24 hours, subject to any known entitlement expiry. Verification failure or stale cache may temporarily restrict access. Refunded, revoked, or invalid transactions may revoke access. If a known lifetime purchase needs revalidation, reconnect and restore or verify before considering another purchase.

4. Restoration, historical subscriptions, and refunds

After reinstalling or changing devices, use the original store account and try Restore Purchases. Restoration depends on transaction status, platform, and service availability. Purchases are not promised to transfer automatically between stores or platforms unless the product listing explicitly says otherwise. Deleting the app or local data does not automatically refund a purchase or cancel a subscription.

If you hold a historical auto-renewing subscription, buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel it. Manage it separately in the Apple / Google store. Existing valid subscriptions continue to follow store-verified status, expiry, and grace periods. Request refunds, payment dispute handling, and cancellations through the relevant store. These terms do not exclude consumer or refund rights granted by applicable law.

5. Servers, sync, and responsibility for data

Media, WebDAV, comment, and external-resource services you choose are the responsibility of their operators. Downtime, permission changes, network conditions, codecs, and platform decoding capabilities may affect browsing and playback. The developer does not guarantee compatibility with every real server, format, HDR workflow, or device performance level. Local-file, network-link, and IPTV entries are currently placeholders and should not be treated as implemented features when purchasing or using the app.

Back up important configurations and data, protect your WebDAV encryption passphrase, and inspect the preview before importing synced connections. The developer cannot recover a lost encryption passphrase or restore server data outside its control. See the Privacy Policy for data practices.

6. Availability, liability, and statutory rights

The developer provides updates and support according to ongoing maintenance but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability or fitness for every purpose. Features may change for third-party service, security, or compatibility reasons. Material adverse changes will receive notice and remedies where required by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available. Responsibility for third-party interruptions outside reasonable control, unauthorized use, or failure to back up is subject to applicable law. These terms do not exclude non-excludable warranties, liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, applicable personal-injury liability, or mandatory consumer rights.

For a dispute, first contact yualtria3@gmail.com to seek a resolution. Applicable law and competent courts are determined by relevant law. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration and do not remove your legal right to seek remedies locally. Store purchases also remain subject to the relevant store agreement.

7. Changes and contact

These terms may change as features or legal requirements change. The latest version is dated here. The developer will provide notice or obtain consent when legally required. The Chinese and English texts aim to express the same terms. For questions, contact yualtria3@gmail.com. Mandatory law and consumer rights always take precedence.
